Commitment

When we give Christ complete control of our lives He becomes precious. How to deal with hurt and anger- turn things over to Him.

Commitment to faith in Christ comes from your love of Him. Joy is the result of the surrender of your life to God.

Any time your conscience is outraged and you don’t settle things, you are weakened, hindered, and deterred from doing that which is effective in the Will of God.

God isn’t examining your track record as much as He is examining your love and commitment to him.

If you want to be guided, make up your mind to obey God and what you know is His will.

You stay in the presence of your Lord until your heart is filled with His love as the Holy Spirit drips it in to your own heart. I can guarantee you that when you rise from your knees, you will be led into some helpful activity to obey God.

Have you ever gone through a day thinking to yourself, “What good thing can I do for people?” You’d be surprised how many opportunities you will find, if you have that kind of a frame of reference for your thinking, as you go on through a day.

Jesus, my blessed Lord, took my place and took your place there at the cross.

He wants you to be something for Him – He wants other people to be different and better because you came along.

I’m committed to the Bible. I’m committed to the Gospel and saved by grace through faith plus nothing.
