Ministry

The ministry is your process of sharing God with people at the point of their need. That grows out of the concept that we were just talking about your good works glorify God.

Give yourself to the Lord and let Him use you within the boundaries of the gifts that He has given you.

God is about second chances, so never think you are too far gone. The realization of God’s provision comes after you spend time in prayer, and revealed to you through the Holy Spirit.

Pray after you do something, not just before you do it. Thank God for giving you the desired result. After is when you’re most vulnerable to Satan. Trust in God that He hasn’t forgotten you, because He always shows up when you need Him.

I just want to remind you that the road to success in this matter of our ministry is not to work harder, but smarter. What does that mean? A better use of time and energy.

God talking to another human being through you. Now, that’s what we call the miracle of the ministry.

When your life is filled with God’s Holy Spirit, you’ll make people feel comforted just by being with them.

You don’t have to get what I call the “pious tremulant” in your tone and sound ministerial in order to minister to people.
